he Metcal MX-5210 is an MX-5200 series ESD-safe dual simultaneous output rework system with a Metcal Advanced™ soldering hand-piece.Metcal MX-5210 Features:

Dual simultaneous ports, system can be operated with two hand-pieces at the same time
Highly effective for soldering applications including lead-free and high mass components or boards
Also designed for use on thermally sensitive components requiring low operating temperature
Good for high volume production soldering and touch-up soldering operations
Microprocessor controlled power supply provides more power which increases productivity, precision, throughput, and process control
Built-in power indication meter with digital display and bar graph provide user with immediate feedback on soldering operation status
Four mode indications:
- "Ready Mode" indicates that the hand-piece has been removed from the workstand and is ready for soldering or rework
- "Power Mode" indicates that the hand-piece's tip is in contact with the load
- "Sleep Mode" indicates that the hand-piece is at rest in the workstand and that power flow has been reduced to the hand-piece
- "Powersave Mode" indicates that the power to the hand-piece has been shut off - this programmable feature permits a supervisor or controller to set a specific time to cut off power to the hand-piece
